Sampanna Mutalik won the First-Time Kannada Novel Writing Contest conducted by WKC 2006.
The novel is titled Bharadhwaja.
The grand prize includes free registration and covering travel expenses to US
from Bangalore to attend the 4th AKKA World Kannada Conference during September 1,2,3 - 2006.
This contest was open to all in India and the novel entered in the contest
should be not a translation.
Sampanna Mutalik is a graduate engineer from BDT, Davanagere in Mechanical Enginering(1986-1990 batch).
He finished his M.Tech in Industrial Production and M.B.A in Marketing. Presently he is working
as Manager - Admin. & Marketing, Samsons Distilleries, Davanagere.
