Regular Registrants

Please follow the below process for obtaining a Visa Invite letter from the AKKA team and apply for the Visa

1) Please register for AKKAWKC2014 at the Registration Page

2) Please send a mail to hospitality team @ Vinod.Keremane@akkaonline.com with the following details

  1. Registration ID
  2. Name as in Passport
  3. Address as in Passport

3) The Hospitality team will email you the invite letter.

Please apply for a B1/ Visitor Visa, Instructions for the same can be found at Chennai US Consulate

Artists/ Dignitaries

Please contact the AKKA 2014 representative from the Entertainment / Special Committees and they will get you the requisite invite letters
