The world is changing at a much faster pace than in the past. As Alvin Toffler had imagined in his book “Third Wave”; in the knowledge age good ideas can come from anywhere and anyone. Successful organizations can no longer treat people who are supplying native wit as dummies.

New business opportunities are getting created, bringing with it challenges across the whole spectrum from ideation, starting, running or exiting businesses for an entrepreneur and career planning challenges for processionals, plus there is an added element of the impact these changes have on our lives and society as a whole.

One key impact is that intelligence is pervasive and hence encourages, courage, imagination, entrepreneurialism, warmth, organizational savvy and street smart.
