The GICC is the nation's most accessible convention center. It is the only U.S. convention center connected to a major airport. It is just as convenient by car - at the juncture of two major U.S. interstates connecting north and south, I-75 and I-85, and near I-20 connecting east and west. The heart of Atlanta is just 10 minutes away by rental car - the rental car facility is connected to the GICC by the ATL SkyTrain automated people mover - or by Atlanta's rapid transit railway system, MARTA.
