PROCESSION
As part of the festivities of WKC 2006, it is proposed to organize a
traditional Meravanige (parade or procession) which will comprise of
teams from various Kannada kootas depicting the cultural heritage of
the various districts of Karnataka. This Meravanige would form a
central element of the inauguration of WKC 2006.
Each Kannada Associations of USA and Canada is going to represnt a specific district in Karnataka.
